This lesson begins our unit of Study Skills. This is part of my curriculum that addresses academics. During this lesson, the students met Earhart the Owl (she's a puppet), learned a song about good work habits and learned some facts about owls. The message today was about the importance of listening. We discussed what listening looks like and sounds like, and why it's so important to be a good listener. There will be more lessons following with Earhart!
