We continued our study skills unit with P. Revere Penguin. Today we discussed the importance of staying on task. We talked about what this means, and how our bodies can stay on task. We practiced with a fun activity. The kids were instructed to make cute little penguin finger puppets, while others in the class were "assigned" a task of trying to distract those working. It was a fun time, and the kids loved the activity! Ask your 1st grader how to stay on task!
